In the Anthraleb ruins:
Headband of Telepathy (+2 Intelligence. You can link with any willing target within 30 ft. As long as they remain within 1 mile, you can send them telepathic messages in a language you know as a free action, though they cannot respond. You can switch targets 1/day)
Short sword +1
Feybane mace (+1 heavy mace, against fey counts as +3 and deals +2d6 damage)
20 +1 arrows
Elemental salts - Force, Cold, Heat (These three small vials of colored minerals may be mixed into liquid and drank as a potion. Afterward, for one hour, the drinker gains the single-use ability to breath that element at a target within 30 ft. This deals damage and may have secondary effects based on the element).
Lens of Detection (see Pathfinder)
2 magical clockwork toys (These 6-inch-tall trinkets of warm metal can be wound up, after which for 30 minutes they seem to become aware of their surroundings. One, a bearlike figure, climbs table legs and peoples' legs, exploring the area. The other, a boy, seemingly attempts to play a small drum, but the drumstick is missing from his hand, so after a few failed attempts he gives up and walks around, seemingly sullen)
5,240 gp in coins, jewelry, and gems
(The remaining equipment is too rusty to be of much value)
It's up to you what share Maya gets since she wasn't part of most of the adventure. She requests to keep the shortsword, of course, and enough to buy basic clothing and equipment.
