Here's an idea, and I want to see how many people would be up for it.
A massive, board-wide game of thrones. Each member controls their own house in Westeros, competing with eachother for power, influence, money and so on.
Each week would be considered a month in game for the purposes of house fortune rolls and so on.
I'll run it, but since I also want to take part, I'd like at least one other person, preferably two to be backup GMs for when needed.
EDIT: Oh yes, it'll be set just before the events of the books. Basically, throw out everything that happens in the books. Ned's still Lord of the North, Jon Arryn's recently deceased, and Dany's in the company of Illyaro. What the houses do will change the course of the setting. Maybe someone assassinates Robert, plunging Westeros into war, or a smaller house arrainges a marraige with Margery Tyrell. These can all change the course of history in the setting. So don't let the books tie you down.

Sounds fun to me. As far as back up gming, I'd have to see how much time I have this summer.
