City of Harta is recognised as one of the safest port in the Golden Sea and due to it position, attracts merchants from many different realms. To keep the City safe, there are many fortifications guarding the entrance into the Harbour and surrounding the City itself and Citadel. It is ruled currently by King Tuyet whose family has ruled over the Kingdom since resettlement of Harta. It is generally divided into various districts.
Citadel District
The permanent residence of King Tuyet and situated on the western corner of Harta. Surrounded by it own walls, it concerned the Citadel itself, many gardens, barracks for soldiers and an arsenal that maintain the Fleet which had it own entrance opening out to the Veasna Strait. Citadel Guards are responsible for the security and thus heavily patrolled by them. It marked the westernmost district of Harta. The Golden Gate marked the entrance to the Citadel from the City through the Temple District
Temple District
The Temple District held temples for all gods worshipped in the city such as the Twin Deity of Sea and Goddess of Tirta as the biggest. Still, there are also other countless temples, some tiny and some are significant in their own right. The temples are defended by their own guards and the District are patrolled by guards of various faiths on the streets.
Pearl District
The wealthiest district bordering the Temple District. Many wealthiest nobles and merchants have their homes in this district. It is well maintained compared to other lesser district and Pearl Markets is considered the richest market in the city.
Harbour District
The endless chattering as the ships from all around the Golden Sea docked and traded their goods. The Tower of Tolls is based there, collecting tolls, customs and many other revenues.
Low District
The poorest district lives in Low District. The poorest and most violent part of the Low District is called the Grims. There are often bad dreams in the Grims.
