Here's the house rules we'll be using. This will be updated over the next few sessions as we get used to the RQ6 rules.
Heroic Hit Points: x1.5 hp per location, already included on the character sheets.
Character Advancement: We'll be using a sort of middle way between BRP and RQ6. You'll get approximately 1-2 free experience rolls per session (allocated at the end of an adventure), as well as assigned rolls for skills you succeeded at or were particularly important during the preceding adventure.
We're also going to be using the Permanent Characteristic Improvement rules on page 110, with the exception that you cannot increase a characteristic above the usual human maximum (18) in this way.
Physical Effort/Fatigue: While performing Strenuous physical effort, you'll risk Fatigue after CONx2 in seconds (rounded up to next combat round), rather than CONx1, to prevent you from becoming fatigued too quickly in combat.
Sanity: As per the BRP system, will post this more fully once I have it converted over.
