Actually the crew don't expect any loot, as Delorri is paying them to let you keep all of it. They don't seem particularly happy about this though, so if you want to share it with them they'll be very grateful.

1 wafer of strength 2 focusing crystals 2 books in Ancient Speech 609 gp 42 sp 67 cp 1 healer's kit (25 gp) 3 spare alarm bells (10 gp) Bone spear, decorated with sharkskin tassels from Aletha's room (30 gp) Masterwork smith's tools (27.5 gp) A large number of weapons (mostly clubs, scimitars, light crossbows, and daggers, but several others as well...if there's a particular type of weapon you want ask) worth 298 gp if all sold A large number of suits of light armour and shields, and one set of chainmail, worth 135 gp if all sold A great variety of food, spare sets of clothes, alcohol, cutlery, and other basic living essentials, worth 117 gp if all sold.
Note that Halgyn, Aletha, and the still living pirates (there are 7, 5 of which are unconscious and coming with you, and 2 of which are still up though badly wounded) all still have their gear. Halgyn in particular has a masterwork warhammer, among other items. You could strip them of these items and give them clubs to defend themselves in the Bleakwater (or, if you feel like being exceptionally cruel, you could just take everything, as you did only promise you'd spare them and let them go.)

Assuming we sell all of the non-magical, non-book stuff, and let Halgyn & Co. keep their stuff, we're going to get a total of 1256 gold, 3 silver, 7 copper.
Divided by 6, that's that's 209 gp, 3 sp, 9 cp for each of us...with 4 leftover copper coins that don't really matter.
If anyone wants to keep something like a specific armour/weapon, I think it's reasonable to just reduce their share, like we did previously.

So in total, we got 1259 GP, 3 SP and 8 CP each?? (correct me if I am wrong.)... what will happen to the books, the crystals and wafer, any idea?

Well, I think it would be best if these items were kept by the people most likely to benefit from them. For the books, I think that would be Rafael & Sakura, for the wafer, Ardrun(increased strength will make him even more dangerous), and for the crystals well..since there are two and they help with skill rolls, there are several people who could use them: Sakura(especially for singing), Enrico, Rafael...
There's also the conch horn we got from Aletha, someone could take that as a trophy/trinket. Not worth selling from what I understand.

Note to self, in the future, do not calculate loot totals while knackered, at work, at 8 am.
Davide's just pointed out to me that I miscalculated the total you got from Delorri.
Edit it to say:
