You've defeated the pirates, but as of yet you've not discovered the details of the conspiracy. If you have anything else you want to do before returning to Malador, post it here.

The fact we did not discover the details troubles me. I wonder if there is any other ways to find it... *hiring few thumb screws*
Although I might like to roll tokens for Captain Tancred as well.

You've searched Aletha's room - there were some weapons and clothes but a thorough search didn't turn up any documents.

Rafael will go back to Halgyn and ask him what he meant & where these documents or whatever are, seeing as he openly spoke about them. I don't think he actually called them documents, just said that the details were somewhere on the base. Maybe a freudian slip on the part of the GM?
Raf can't actually see why Halgyn would help up to find them - what kind of revolutionary deliberately hands over the details of his co-conspirators? Raf also isn't willing to torture it out of him - that's kind of against the spirit of letting him go.

... Not even a toothpick...? *sighs*
Indeed, how about we call in archaeological team and dig the whole place up... *smiles* Sakura could ask about the spy though?

Halgyn's not very happy about being asked such a question - having already agreed to release him, he feels you're bending your agreement by asking the question at all. He casts a number of aspersions on Sakura's honour, but a few veiled threats cause him to back down and he's forced to give the name of the pirates' spy in Malador - Senturn Gwent, a brother of Omar who you killed on the Hydra, who's a clerk at the Excise Office.
(Lousy natural 1 on an opposed Intimidate check!)

Anything else or should we move back to Malador?

I'll have to pretend Raf was out of the room at the time, even though I said he was coming back in to ask Halgyn questions, because he'd never stand for it.

You have twenty-six days until the beginning of Chapter IV, so you'll need to pay the usual living costs and send me details of what your character will be doing in their time off.

I am going to be retiring Tristan from adventuring for now. Partly for several reasons. For one, it's just not that fun playing a reactionary character. Pretty much everything that defined Tristan was him reacting on something. Wether it be in combat, getting hit to generate tokens or break weapons, or in roleplay, where he mostly kept to himself except when something prompted him with a few exceptions. Tristan is also not terribly interesting to role play either, at least, not with a bunch of considerate wimps like you guys (and I meen that in the best way).
Another reason, is that Black Cat is just more fun, more dynamic, and more... immediatly intriguing. As a side benifit, Cat is more fragile than Tristan (though that really goes without saying, a troll is more fragile than Tristan), and should it become impossible for the great Black Cat to continue adventuring, it would be possible to bring Tristan back in, should I not decide to go with another character instead (like my crazy girl that I mentioned so long ago), but that's a bridge we'll burn when we get to it.
So in conclusion, I'm going to bed. It's 9:30 in the morning here! Way past my bedtime.

I just realised I got some dates slightly wrong - there is no 31st of April so you actually have twenty-five days until the start of Chapter IV.
