When I get tired, I say wierd things. I don't consider my words before I say them (or type them), or they just sound better when I'm tired than awake. Kinda like being drunk maybe? I dunno, never been drunk. I kinda like it that way too, beer smells bad anyway. Coffee smells bad too, and since scent and taste are essentially two faces of the same sense, they would corrispond fairly closely, therefore, I would find the taste of beer and coffee to be utterly unpleasant. Now tea doesn't have much of a smell for me, just steam, and likewise, the one time I tried tea, I could really only taste hot water, which isn't so bad really. Ice water is the optimal serving form of water generally, but hot water seems like it might have its uses as well... never thought about that before... still, winter is coming to and end, so the reign of hot drinks here (sans coffee for the caffeenerjunkies) is coming to an end. Spring is a nice season, one of my more favorite ones. Not too hot, not too cold, regular weather patterns, nice breezes, trees coming into bloom and creating shade. I nearly fell asleep under a tree once, was on my way home from the shopping center where I had gotten a new pillow, and decided to stop at a park near my house, there's a nice tree there that's just perfect for sitting under. It has overhanging branches at just the right angle to keep the sun out of your eyes, its trunk curves back and then up from the ground creating a nice niche to lay back against, and with that new pillow, it was very comfortable. Unfortunatly, there were other people around, so I couldn't actually nod off, but even so, it was comfortable. And that's a problem with people, they're never around when you want them, and always around when you don't. Is there some sort of secret society that sends members to remote locations to interrupt the meditations of others? Maybe they're in cahoots with the society that carries panes of glass across the sidewalk just as the cop is running after the thief. sleepy now, read responses tomorrow...
