Irma Calderron, First daughter of Lord Adam Calderron and twin sister to (Aagon's character name here) Calderron. A maiden flowered of 16. Irma is a willsome and independant woman, once said to possess the patience of a storm squall. Despite her impulsivness, she has a quality about her that quickly indears her to others, inspiring trust in even the most hostile of foes. She stands tall for a woman her age, nearing five and a half feet at about eight stone. She has long black hair and blue-grey eyes described as being the colour of the sea during a storm. When in the Nest or the nearby town, she is normally garbed in a heavy dress of dark green wool with the striking Harpy of Calderran over her breast in silver thread. When riding outside the reach of the castle, she wears a simple leather jerkin, the striking harpy embossed on the chest, and leather gloves and boots. Recently she has been allowed to carry a knife and small sword in addition to her hunting bow for protection. When she was young, her twin and her found an abandoned eagle's nest in one of the towers of the castle, along with two unhatched eggs. With the help of the castle's Master of Ravens, the two hatched and raised the two eagle chicks bonding closly with the birds. Now strong enough to fly and fight, Tempest, as Irma named her bird, accompanies his human companion nearly wherever they go. Recently, Irma had been captured by the Calderron's longtime rival, House Brenton, and held at Two Tree Hall for over a year before her family could break the Brenton's lines and rescue her. Though captured, Irma was far from a hinderance to her family however. With the aid of Tempest to ferry messages, and her own skills, she was able to overhear, pry loose, or otherwise aquire a great deal of information on the Brenton's military efforts and was able to pass it along to her family. Near the end of her imprisonment, the Brenton's attempted to wed her to one of their sons, Nestor Brenton. Feigning acceptance, Irma instead made a fool of Nestor at the wedding, refusing to say the words and instead placing her bridescloak around his shoulders before she could be taken away. Nestor vowed vengance for the humiliation, dogging her steps, if not literally, since. A small rocky outcrop on the far side of Rikkon's Woods overlooking the Harpy's Reach is her favorite perch, and she commonly can be found there after a storm with Tempest.

I've made up a few characters for this - feel free to veto anything that doesn't fit and I can edit it.
******************************************************
Ser Courtnay Calderron, the 36 year old younger brother of Lord Adam Calderron, Captain of the Harpy's Hammer, is a distant, difficult man possessed of a brilliant strategic mind, a strong sense of will and a fiercely protective streak.
Those who attempt to come close to Ser Courtnay find that he seems to slide away from them, and those who persist are soon chased off by his erratic, abrupt mood swings and sudden outbursts of temper. Holding a very loose notion of what constitutes honesty, Courtnay has been known to act rather independently of his brother and liege lord, particularly in his long sea voyages for the purpose of 'tax collection'. Thus far Lord Adam has tolerated Courtnay's moods, whether out of family feeling, appreciation of his talent as a commander, or other reasons known only to him.
Despite this, none can dispute Ser Courtnay's loyalty to the House. He regards any slight towards the Calderrons as a full-bore assault on himself, and responds appropriately. He has long held the Brentons in complete hatred, and when Lady Irma was kidnapped, Courtnay went berserk, and had to be physically restrained from setting sail to her rescue immediately. In the end, Courtnay, commanding the Calderron forces, was able to smash the Brenton fleet under Ser Brynden the Beak, then led a daring raid on Two Tree Hall in which Lady Irma was freed. Courtnay has heard that Ser Brynden, hitherto an unbeaten general, has sworn revenge for this defeat, and Courtnay quite openly relishes the thought of being able to crush the heir to Two Tree Hall in battle once again.
Ser Courtnay is married to Kella Tallfern, Henry's younger sister, and they have three children - their son Adam, who is twelve, and their two daughters Kayla and Elie, aged seven and five. Courtnay plainly regards his son, a gentle young man with dreams of becoming a septon, as a nuisance and disgrace, but his attempts to make him more martial have been dismal failures. Courtnay's strange sense of family honour plainly does not extend to marital fidelity, as he has at least three bastards and probably many more fathered on his long sea voyages. The eldest, Ned Storm, fathered on one of the Bulwers' chambermaids, is fifteen and has recently begun to sail with his father, and plainly has his favour. Though Courtnay does not acknowledge his twin daughters, Myra and Millie, both eight and born of a local fisherman's wife, it is an open secret that they are his.
Ser Courtnay has few friends. He is scarcely civil to his drunkard brother Robert, seems to regard Lord Adam as a soft-hearted fool, and will spend days without saying a word to his wife. His nephew Roger Tallfern has recently become his squire, but Courtnay has yet to warm to him. He is closest to his first mate, a stocky sailor called Red Ryon, though Courtnay views him more as a subordinate than a friend. If Courtnay's loneliness bothers him, however, he shows no sign. He seems content in his self-assigned role as the defender of House Calderron and scourge of all its foes.
Though a knight, Ser Courtnay is not particularly large or powerfully built, standing just over average height. Courtnay is only an average fighter and rarely engages the enemy himself, believing his keen mind and ability to direct his men are much greater assets than his blade. Courtnay is every inch an Andal, fair-skinned and golden-haired, with shining green eyes. He has little taste for decoration and wears simple and utilitarian clothes, and is rarely seen without a breastplate or suit of mail, and his sword at his side.

An eleven year old girl was found washed up on the deserted beach of Harpy's Island, Alysneri was called back from the frozen darkness by young lady of the island named Irma Calderron. Her appearance shown that she has pale silver hair and intense violet eyes, making it clear precisely where she came from, the ancient Freehold of Valyria over the Narrow Sea.
